About us

ScandiXplore Porto provides small group and private guided tours in Porto, Portugal. By booking a tour or using this website you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. Standard tours are booked through our Bokun booking system. Private and custom tours are confirmed via email.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices include the guided tour as described. They do not include meals, drinks, entrance fees, or transport unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation and refunds

Standard tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

Private tours: Cancellation terms for private bookings are agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the chosen tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others in the group. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability

ScandiXplore Porto is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during a tour unless directly caused by our negligence. Participants join tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, images, and design is the property of ScandiXplore Porto and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
